CrousCalogero, a design firm, is the result of the collaboration between Francesc Crous and Alessandro Calogero. Product design professionals who combine their skills to develop a work that aims to get to the essence of things by eliminating the superfluous and always keeping the human being at the center.
This is how they describe their methodology: “We want our objects, the material and detail of each product, to convey the desire to be touched and observed closely. Functionality is a basic requirement that we take for granted and on which we try to suggest a story, made of memories and sensations, that generates the impalpable link between object and person.”
The work of Francesc Crous and Alessandro Calogero has gained international recognition winning prestigious awards such as the Delta de Plata 2012 among others.
